What are we doing?
A lot of the parts that leave our factory are produced by infusion vacuum process lamination. For more demanding parts, we take advantage of working with prepreg materials and autoclave curing.
Because we manufacture " construction carbon", most parts are a combination of core materials to achieve low weight and maximum stiffness and strength.
In collaboration with Techsoft, we can provide CFD simulations of the aerodynamic properties of individual parts to achieve the optimum design for maximum aero efficiency.
